  • Maximum loan amount: $250,000 

Use of Proceeds:

  • Working capital
  • Line of credit
  • Equipment purchases

Maximum Term: Term Loans – Up to 10 years

Lines of Credit: Perpetual

Eligibility:

  • Must be an eligible type of business
  • Operating company must be located primarily in the state of Colorado
A program designed to assist and promote energy efficiency and renewable energy generation. 

Benefits to Borrowers: 

  • Low, competitive interest rates
  • Promotes use of efficient and/or renewable energy
  • Maximum loan amount: $250,000

Use of Proceeds: 

  • Purchase of energy-efficient materials/equipment
  • Building improvements to establish use of efficient/renewable energy

Maximum Term: Determined by loan purpose
All terms are subject to the borrower’s ability of repayment

  • Operating company must be located primarily in the State of Colorado
