Business owners, did you know that as of January 1, 2024, many businesses must now report information about the individuals that own or control the company?

Reporting your ‘Beneficial Ownership Information’ isn’t an annual requirement, it only needs to be submitted one time and has to be completed by January 1, 2025.

You can submit this information simply, securely, and free of charge by visiting the website for the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
